Hennessey ‘Freedom Series’ VelociRaptor Ford Trucks Are Old Glorious
Hennessey is celebrating the Fourth of July with a new ‘Freedom Series’ run of its Ford F-150 and Bronco VelociRaptor trucks.
The package includes military style graphics with ‘USA’ on the rear doors, 20-inch Vossen off-road bronze wheels and a full-size U.S. flag and mounting hardware meant for off-road use. An “HPE 91” logo marks the founding year of Hennessey Performance Engineering.
“For more than a decade, Hennessey VelociRaptor models have provided the power, performance, style, and sound that our customers love,” Hennessey owner John Hennessey said in the product announcement.
“With our new Freedom Series, we honor America’s military and reward buyers with an exclusive and patriotic limited edition that looks mean, sounds meaner, and is justifiably the apex predator!”

The option is priced at $9,950 and is available for the F-150 VelociRaptor 600, F-150 VelociRaptoR 1000 and VelociRaptor 500 Bronco. Hennessey suggests that it be matched with Ford’s Shelter Green paint for the full effect, but can combine it with any color truck.

The trucks all feature suspension and powertrain upgrades and are rated at 558hp, 1,043 hp and 500 hp, respectively. Prices for the builds start at $37,900, $55,950 and $28,950 on top of the donor truck.
Hennessey is limiting the Freedom Series to 100 trucks across the three model lines. According to Hennessey, it has sold more than 3,000 VelociRaptor trucks since the first one was introduced for the original Ford F-150 Raptor and used a supercharger to boost its 5.4-liter V8’s output from 320 hp to 501 hp, while a version with the 6.2-liter V8 cranked out 801 hp.
