The 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Is Ready To Be Unboxed
The all-new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe has been officially unveiled for the U.S. at the L.A. Auto Show.
The midsize SUV is larger than the one it replaces and features one of the most unique designs you’ve ever seen.
Its boxy styling is accented by pixellated head and taillights, but also maximizes the interior space.
Hyundai highlighted the Alabama-built Santa Fe’s extra large tailgate, which it said creates a “terrace-like space” for use when it’s parked.
Powertrain options include a 277 hp turbocharged four-cylinder and a 232 hp hybrid setup, but fuel economy ratings haven’t been announced.
The three-row model has a curved display housing for the digital gauges and infotainment system screen, plus a compartment over the glovebox with UV-C sterilization capability that can be used on smartphones and other devices.
Both of the front seats are available with leg rest that can be used when they are reclined, which sounds like the perfect thing for waiting on kids at practice.
New to the lineup is an XRT trim that has 1.5 inches of additional ground clearance, rugged body cladding, all-terrain tires, a roof rack and can be optioned to tow up to 4,500 pounds.
