Tesla Won’t Say How Many Cybertrucks It’s Delivered As Brand’s Total 2023 Sales Hit 1.81 Million
Tesla’s global deliveries were up 38% in 2023 as it shipped 1.81 million vehicles to customers.
The automaker does not break out U.S. sales.
It also reports the combined totals for the Model 3 and Model Y, which accounted for 1,739,707 of its overall deliveries.
The Model 3 and Model Y are built in the U.S., China and Germany across four factories.

CEO Elon Musk had predicted that the Model Y would be the best-selling vehicle in the world in 2023, but has yet to confirm that achievement.

One change from prior quarterly sales reports is that the combined result for Model S and Model X is now listed as Other Models, which likely includes the recently introduced Cybertruck.
The delivery figure for Other Models in the fourth quarter was 22,969, up from 15,985 in Q3. Total deliveries were down from 70,826 last year to 68,874.

Tesla delivered the first Cybertrucks on November 28, but has not yet said how many have so far been handed over to customers.
Tesla does not have a traditional communications office that responds to media requests for information.
