Kia is developing a two-in-one electric vehicle. Or three-in-one, four-in-one …

The Platform Beyond Vehicle is a new commercial lineup that was revealed at CES in Las Vegas and is scheduled to go on sale in 2025.

It features a fixed cab and various swappable bodies that can turn it into a pickup, cargo van or passenger vehicle as required. Magnets and locking units make this easy to do.

Kia is developing three sizes, which will also be integrated with a fleet management software system.
