A classic car buyer has doubled-down on Donald’s old Diablo.

A 1997 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster that was originally owned by Donald Trump was sold at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction on Saturday for $1.1 million.

The same car was sold on Ebay in 2016 with the highest price posted before the sale at $460,000.

That was about a $200,000 premium for the model at the time.

Today, Hagerty values a concours-quality Diablo VT Roadster without this kind of celebrity connection at $506,000, less than half what the buyer paid.

Trump owned the car until 2002 and it had two owners prior to the Barrett-Jackson auction.

It is one of just 132 Diablo VT Roadsters that were sold in the U.S. and the only 1997 model painted Blu Le Mans.

The all-wheel-drive supercar is powered by a 492 hp 5.7-liter V12, equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission and was listed with 15,431 miles on the odometer.

It is except for a Donald Trump 2016 sticker applied to its rear window, while it also has a “Donald Trump 1997 Diablo” plaque on the door.

The sale came a day after a federal court in New York handed down a verdict ordering Trump to pay $83.3 million in damages to E. Jean Carroll in a defamation lawsuit.
