Rivian Named Most Satisfying Brand By Owners

(Rivian)

Rivian has topped the latest Consumer Reports automotive satisfaction survey by a wide margin.

The all-electric automaker received a score of 5 out of 5 with 86% of its owners saying that they would buy their vehicle again.

The survey considers overall comfort, driving enjoyment, cabin storage, usability, and ownership cost.

Rivian did have a slight advantage as it only has two models, the R1T pickup and R1S SUV, and they are built on the same platform.

Infiniti was at the bottom of the list with a 1/5 and 43% score, followed by Volkswagen, Nissan, Jeep and Audi.

Rivian, which builds all of its vehicles at a factory in Normal, Ill., delivered a total of 50,122 R1s and EDVs globally last year, but hasn’t broken out how many were sold in the U.S.
