Jeep Compass Prices Slashed By Thousands For 2024
Jeep Compass prices are heading in a new direction.
Down.
Jeep has cut the starting price for the sub/compact SUV by $2,500 from last year to $27,495, while higher trims get even bigger reductions.
All Compass models come standard with all-wheel-drive and a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder rated at 200 hp and 221 lb-ft.
According to Autoblog, the new prices for each trim are:
Sport: $27,495 (-$2,500); Latitude: $31,765 (-$2,930); Latitude Lux: $33,490 (-$2,645); Limited: $35,340 (-$2,050); and Trailhawk: $35,490 (-$2,795).
We recently tested a loaded 2023 Limited with a final price that was over $45,000.

We found it to be roomy and refined and packed with features, including lane-centering adaptive cruise control and a self-parking system for parallel and perpendicular spots.
The ride quality is excellent for the size, but the Compass’ 27 mpg combined fuel economy rating is only about average for its size class.

Jeep is in the middle of a bit of a reboot amid falling sales. It recently got a new CEO and has also trimmed prices on the Gladiator pickup for 2024. It is also adding two new models to the lineup. Well sort of.
IS A JEEP NIGHTHAWK ABOUT TO STRIKE?
After spending the past few years trying to convince customers that the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer as a separate brand, it announced that they will officially be known as the Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer soon and feature prominent Jeep badging on the vehicles.
The first Jeep Wagoneer, however, will be the Wagoneer S electric SUV that’s launching later this year with a 600 hp drivetrain at a yet to be announced price.
