Tesla won’t be living the life of luxury anymore.
Automotive News has declared that it will no longer consider Tesla a luxury brand, although it still makes luxury modesl.
The industry news outlet based the decision on the company’s new emphasis on more mainstream vehicles like the Model Y, which was the best-selling vehicle in the world last year.
Tesla is also planning to expand farther downmarket with a model targeting a $25,000 price.
