2025 BMW X3 Revealed With Wild Interior Design
The 2025 BMW X3 is all about the angles.
The all-new version of BMW’s second-best selling model in the U.S. features some bold design choices.
The compact SUV is about an inch larger than the current model in all dimensions and will initially be offered in X3 30 xDrive and X3 M50 xDrive trims with prices starting at $50,675 and $65,275, respectively.
The X3 30 comes with a 255 hp 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder and the X3 M50 with a 393 hp 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six-cylinder, both with mild hybrid assist. All-wheel-drive is standard and passive and adaptive suspension systems are offered across the lineup.

A key visual difference between the two is the design of their grilles. The X3 30 features both vertical slats and slats set at a 45 degree and the X3 M50’s are horizontal and blacked-out. But while the exterior is relatively mild and instantly recognizable as an X3, things get wild in the cabin.
The dashboard has a curved widescreen digital display for the instrument cluster and infotainment system interfaces and is framed by chevron-shaped light bars on the doors.
A bin on the center console is also surrounded by a U-shaped lighting element. The infotainment system is equipped with the AirConsole platform that allows it to be used for video games when the vehicle is parked and can also play videos.
The X3 is offered with a full array of electronic driver aids that includes a hands-free traffic jam assist that works below 40 mph and parking features that allow the vehicle to be controlled from the outside using a smartphone or programmed to pull into specified spaces on its own over a 650-meter distance with up to 10 maneuvers.
