And you thought the 815 hp Ford Mustang GTD was a powerful pony car.

Hennessey has revealed its latest Mustang offering and it has plenty of bite.

The Super Venom is a tuned version of the Mustang Dark Horse that’s had its 5.0-liter V8 supercharged to 850 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque.

The modifications include a new air induction system, fuel injectors and fuel pump, plus the calibration needed to properly feed the beast.

Hennessey says it can accelerate to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds with a 10-speed automatic and cover a quarter-mile in 10.9 seconds at 133 mph. The car has also been upgraded for handling with a new splitter, hood vent, fender vents, side skirts, lip spoiler, deck lid and gooseneck rear wing all made from carbon fiber. New upholstery and Hennessey badges are added, including a Super Venom ’91 livery that celebrates the company’s founding in 1991.
