Ram has done a little wizardry on its 2500 Heavy Duty truck line up for the 2026 model year and whipped up a pair of very different sport trucks.

The 2500 Warlock and 2500 Black Express are packages based on the entry-level Tradesman trim, but represent two sides of not that much coin.

The Warlock comes as a 4×4 crew cab with a short bed and is outfitted as a semi-serious off-roader with unique 20-inch wheels, 34-inch all-terrain tires, Bilstein shocks, a limited-slip rear differential, transfer case skid plate, hill descent control and all-wether floor mats.

It also features black exterior trim and Warlock logo decals on the bed sides. A front split bench seat and cloth upholstery are standard with the package, which has a starting price of $57,165. That’s just $2,995 more than a Tradesman and includes a 410 hp 6.4-liter V8, while a 430 hp Cummins turbocharged 6.7-liter straight-six is a $12,595 option.

The Black Express is available on a wider range of configurations. They’re all Crew Cabs, but you can get it with a long or short bed and either a 4×2 or 4×4 drivetrain.

Prices for the street-style package start at $53,735, which is $2,495 more than a Tradesman. It bundles a sport performance hood, body-colored bumpers and grille surround, black side steps, and black 20-inch wheels with all-season tires. It also comes with cloth upholstery, a front split bench seat and carpet floor mats.
