The NASCAR Xfinity Series Will Be Called The O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Next Year

Will the cars still be as fast as Xfinity internet?
NASCAR has announced that O’Reilly Auto Parts will be replacing Xfinity as the entitlement sponsor of its second-tier national series in 2026. The terms of the multiyear deal were not released.
“Like the great sport of NASCAR, O’Reilly Auto Parts was born in America and built on the hard work and drive of passionate people,” NASCAR President Steve O’Donnell said in a news release.
“This new partnership allows us to continue to fuel that passion for the next generation of NASCAR’s stars and fans while celebrating the journey we’ve been on together for decades.”

The full season Xfinity Series moved to The CW network this year and ratings are up to an average of 1.1 million per race.
Winning drivers often say their car was “as fast as Xfinity internet” or one of its other products during their post-race interviews, but having an auto parts store as the sponsor opens the door to new synergies.

“Partnering with NASCAR and The CW at this level enables us to further deepen our connection to one of the most loyal fanbases in all of sports,” Hugo Sanchez, O’Reilly Auto Parts vice president of advertising and marketing said. “This agreement builds on our long-term involvement in NASCAR and our dedication to the fans who love cars as much as we do.”
The name will officially change to the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series on January 1.
