Just don’t try to land a helicopter on it!

Texas tuning house and boutique car builder Hennessey is building a $15 million factory on its Sealy, Texas, campus near Houston.

From above, the facility is shaped like the company’s “H” logo and will help it increase production from 900 vehicles this year to 1,300 in 2026.

The expansion will also bring composite manufacturing and vehicle painting in-house. Hennessey’s property includes a private drag racing strip it uses for development and video production.

Hennessey offers a wide variety of products from power upgrades for trucks and muscle cars to the complete Venom F5 supercar that sells for up to $3 million. Most of its custom builds come with a three-year/36,000-mile warranty on the work.

One of its latest creations is the one-off Venom F5 Revolution LF, which has a 2,003 hp twin-turbocharged V8 and a six-speed stick-shift transmission. That makes it the most powerful production car in the world with a manual.

It has also launched a new Hennessey Special Operations (HSO) division for very low volume projects, like a 1,700 hp Dodge Challenger Demon 170 it built on request for a client and the 1,200 hp Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Resurrection.
