The new Dodge Charger could’ve had a V8 … and now it does.

Dodge and its Direct Connection performance parts division have revealed the Hemi-V8 powered Charger Hustle Stuff Drag Pak that is debuting at the SEMA Show.

The race car was designed with the NHRA Factory Stock Showdown class in mind and is the first Charger to be equipped with a V8. The current production models feature all-electric and turbocharged straight-six engines.

The Hustle Stuff features a lightweight body and a beefed up 354-cubic-inch V8 with a 3.0L twin-screw supercharger that’s good for sub-eight-second quarter-mile times.
