Ford Is Selling Used Cars On Amazon Now

It’s not exactly one click buy, but Ford has started selling used cars through Amazon.
Pre-owned vehicles certified through the Ford Blue Advantage program are listed by local dealers who have opted-in to the service, which is currently available in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Dallas. Ford is planning to expand it to other markets, but Amazon users will only see inventory within a 75 mile radius.
Ford offers three types of certification. EV Certified for electric vehicles up to six years old with fewer than 80,000 miles, which come with a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty; Gold Certified, which is for non-EVs of the same age and comes with an identical warranty; and Blue Certified, which covers 10-year old vehicles with up to 150,000 miles and includes a 90-day/4,000-mile warranty.
All vehicles purchased through the program come with a 14-day/1,000-mile money back guarantee. The Amazon portal also provides financing options.
Hyundai was the first automaker to partner with Amazon in 2023 and currently sells both new and certified used vehicles through the platform.
“We are excited to support our dealers in launching Ford Blue Advantage vehicles on Amazon Autos,” Robert Kaffl, executive director, Ford U.S. Sales and Dealer Relations, told the Detroit Free Press. “Amazon Autos allows Ford Dealers to offer their certified pre-owned vehicles through Amazon’s accessible digital platform, while maintaining the benefits that customers enjoy from their relationships of our Ford dealers.”
