Tony Stewart Is Returning To NASCAR At Daytona With Ram

Smoke is ready to burn up Daytona again!
Tony Stewart is entering the NASCAR Truck Series Fresh From Florida 250 at Daytona with the Kaulig Racing Ram trucks team.
The three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion will drive the No. 25 Ram 1500 as the first of the team’s “Free Agent” drivers.
Kaulig and Ram plan to feature a different guest driver in the truck at each of the Truck Series races throughout 2025.
The race will mark Stewart’s first time back in a NASCAR event since he retired in 2016 and will be his first time back in a truck sine 2005.
“I’ve raced just about everything with four wheels at Daytona, but never a truck,” Stewart said in a news release. “So when a seat in the new Ram was offered up for their first race back in NASCAR, I didn’t hesitate. Ram’s Free Agent program is another great way for me to stay sharp and have a little fun.”
Stewarts Tony Stewart Racing team fields Dodges in the NHRA, where he drove one to the regular season Top Fuel title in 2025.
