Travis Pastrana Is Returning To NASCAR At Daytona

Action sports and racing star Travis Pastrana will be driving in the NASCAR Truck Series Fresh From Florida 250 at Daytona with Niece Motorsports in the Brunt Workwear-sponsored No. 42 Chevy.
Pastrana last drove for the team at the same race in 2023 and finished 13th ahead of an impressive 11th place finish in the Daytona 500 with 23XI Racing.
“I’m excited to get back on the track in Daytona with Brunt Workwear and Niece Motorsports. This is my first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race since 2023, so it will be fun to get behind the wheel again and see what we can do,” the 42-year-old Pastrana said in a news release.
“It’s great to work with Brunt for the first time in NASCAR. They’ve been an amazing partner, getting behind all the good times and bad ideas we cook up at Pastranaland, and keeping myself and the Channel 199 crew safe and comfortable while we do it – expanding that partnership to the racetrack was a no-brainer and a great opportunity for all of us.”

Pastrana has a total of six Truck Series races under his belt and he also ran the full O’Reilly Auto Parts Series season in 2023 with Roush Fenway Racing, finishing 14th in the standings. The Daytona 500 remains Pastrana’s lone Cup Series start.
Tyler Reif is set to be the anchor driver for the No. 42 Niece truck during the 2026 season, while Ricky Stenhouse Jr. will be in the No. 45 Niece truck at Daytona and Atlanta. Landen Lewis and Ross Chastain are expected to share the No. 45 for the rest of the season.
Pastrana will be racing against another Truck Series returnee, with three-time Cup Series champion Tony Stewart entering his first NASCAR race since 2016 with the new Kaulig Racing Ram team.
