President Trump visited the Daytona 500 on Sunday and participated in pre-race ceremonies with The Beast.
Trump had previously attended the marquee event in 2020.
William Byron went on to win The Great American Race in a wild overtime finish after an extended rain delay that pushed it late into the night.

Trump arrived on Air Force One, which landed at Daytona Beach International Airport next to the speedway, offering fans a unique view of the iconic aircraft.

Trump’s grand daughter Carolina was among the first family members who joined the him in Daytona on their way to his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach for the Presidents Day holiday.

Trump led the Daytona 500 field on a parade lap in The Beast presidential limousine. It was the second time he’d lapped the track in one as president, having served as Grand Marshal for the 2020 race.

The Beast is designed to look like a generic Cadillac sedan-based limousine, but is actually a heavily armored vehicle built on a medium duty truck chassis. Specifications are top secret, but it it is understood to have eight-inch thick armor on the door, five-inch-thick bulletproof glass, underbody protection against explosives and an airtight cabin with its own oxygen system.
