The Hardbody is back!

Nissan has unveiled the 2024 Frontier lineup, which includes a new package inspired by the brand’s classic Hardbody trucks of the 1980s.

The Frontier is a largely carry-over model that now has a starting price of $31,105 for an entry-level S King Cab 4×2 powered by the 310 hp 3.8-liter V6 that’s standard across the lineup, while a top of the line S Crew Cab 4×4 goes for $43,975.

In the middle you’ll find the SV Crew Cab 4×4 with a five-foot bed priced at $38,205, which can be equipped with the off-road focused Hardbody Edition package for an extra $3,890.

The package includes throwback triangular 17-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, a front skid plate, a sport bar with “Frontier” sail panels and blacked-out exterior trim.

It also features a retro “4×4” logo on its doors and mud flaps along with black decals on the hood and tailgate.

“Even if you don’t recognize or remember the original Hardbody, you’re still going to say, ‘That’s a cool truck,'” said the project’s lead designer Hiren Patel.

Sales of Mississippi-built 2024 Frontier began today.
