2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X Sold For $365,000

A new bar has been set.

A brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X was auctioned by a Chevy dealer on the Bring a Trailer website on Friday for $365,000.

The loaded black 1,250 hp coupe had a sticker price of $249,018, meaning that the buyer paid $115,982 over list for it.

Chevrolet has an anti-flipping policy on the Corvette ZR1X that voids the warranty if it is resold within the first year of ownership, but this auction was for the pre-sale price so the coverage will remain intact.

The dealer essentially used the auction to determine the markup, which just about every Corvette ZR1X is being sold with. The 233 mph all-wheel-drive hybrid supercar is in hot demand and Chevrolet is only building about 100 per month.

$20,000 of the sale price was earmarked for charity, so it’s fair to say the market value for the Corvette ZR1X is at least $345,000 at the moment, and there are several currently advertised by dealers at that much or more. If you manage to find a dealer willing to sell it for the MSRP, the lowest possible price for a base Corvette ZR1X is $209,595.

The highest price paid for a Corvette ZR1X to date is $2.6 million, but it was at a charity auction where 100% of the hammer price was donated, so it’s not an accurate representation of what the car is worth.
