Toyota’s new three-row crossover SUV sold faster than any other new vehicle during the month of March.
According to a study from iSeeCars.com, the model only needs 14.2 days to turn through a dealership, compared to an industry average of 54 days.
The Grand Highlander is a size class larger than the Highlander and on track to sell more than 100,000 units this year.

It has a starting price of $44,465 and is offered in hybrid and non-hybrid models with front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive. The Grand Highlander topped the list last July when it was brand new and its popularity appears to havre endured.

Second on the list was the Mercedes-Benz G-Class at 18.7 days, which was followed by the Land Rover Range Rover at 19.3 days, the Toyota Sienna minivan at 22.9 days the Chevrolet Canyon pickup at 23 days, its twin, the Chevrolet Colorado at 23.8 days, and the non-hybrid versions of the Grand Highlander at 24.4 days.

Electric cars as a segment trailed models with internal combustion engines at a segment average of 70.6 days to turn. The Volvo XC40 Recharge leading the way at 30.2 days, although Tesla is excluded from the list due to a lack of data that is made publicly available.
