Hey, Jaguar, The USA Already Has An Expensive Pink Car … And It’s A Badass V8 Jeep
Jaguar thinks it’s soooooo clever and original by launching its new concept car in a shocking pink color.
The Type 00 was unveiled on Monday night at the Art Basel show in Miami, because that’s where all the cool kids hang out, or something.
The British automaker is trying to reinvent itself by becoming an edgy, fashion-forward brand as it shifts toward electric vehicles. Well, you know what company is already doing that? Jeep.
The all-electric Wagoneer S is on the way soon and will be followed next year by the Recon. In fact, you can already buy Jeeps with plugs in the form of the hybrid Grand Cherokee 4xe and Wrangler 4xe. Guess what else? You can get the Wrangler in pink.

Tuscadero Pink, to be exact. Like the Fonz’s girlfriend. Aaaay! What’s Jaguar’s called? Miami Pink? Really? Can you please get your own city, chumps? Better yet, you can order the color on the Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition, which is named for the honking 392-cubic-inch V8 under the hood. Sure, it costs $94,335, but that’s still cheaper than Jaguar’s $130,000 (shudders) car.

Not American enough for you? Well how about a 4×4 pickup truck? That’s right, there’s a Tuscadero Pink Gladiator. At least for now.
Tuscadero Pink only being offered for the 2024 model year, but that’s OK, because the 2025 Wrangler and Gladiator are available in Firecracker Red. You know, the things we blow up to celebrate kicking the U.K.’s keister.
