The Texas-Built 2026 Toyota Tundra Is Getting The Tacoma’s Wild ISO Dynamic Seats

It’s a shocking development.
Toyota has revealed the updated San Antonio-built 2026 Tundra full-size pickup and it’s borrowing a standout feature from its little sibling, the Tacoma. Well, more of a sit-down feature.
The high performance Tundra TRD Pro will be available with Toyota’s unique ISO Dynamic seats that debuted on the Tacoma TRD Pro.
The front buckets have a built-in suspension system designed to improve driver comfort and positioning when a vehicle is being driven off-road at high speeds.

The seats have vertical and horizontal dampers that can be adjusted to their occupants weight and are designed to keep them from bouncing around out of sync with the vehicle.

“The goal of this patent-pending feature is to stabilize the driver’s field of vision to improve focus, comfort, and reduce fatigue while on rugged trails,” is how Toyota explains it.

Toyota is adding rear cabin vents for double cab models and making the largest 32.2 gallon gas tank standard on all trucks, with either the i-Force 389 hp turbocharged V6 or i-Force Max hybrid 437 hp turbocharged V6.

The 2026 Sequoia SUV that is built alongside the Tundra on a shared platform is also being updated for 2026 with a few tweaks.
