GM Beat Ford With 944,927 Full-Size Truck Sales In 2025

Ford was the top full-size truck brand 2025 with 828,832 F-Series deliveries, but not the top full-size truckmaker.
The Chevrolet Silverado was a distant second with 588,709 deliveries and the GMC Sierra fourth with 356,218, but the combined sales of the mechanically identical models was 944,927.
GM’s figures include light, heavy duty, medium duty and electric models, but not the GMC Hummer EV pickup, while Ford’s includes the F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-600.
The Silverado and Sierra feature different styling, but are built alongside each other on the same platform and at the same factories, while Ford doesn’t sell any pickups or chassis cabs under another brand name.

The F-Series has been the best-selling truck for a straight 49 years and the best-selling of all vehicles for 44 years.
Ram finished third with 374,059 deliveries and Toyota fourth at 147,610. Nissan no longer offers the full-size Titan.
Fortunes were flipped in the midsize truck segment, where the Toyota Tacoma outsold all of GM’s and Ford’s models combined with 274,638 deliveries.
The Ford Maverick did crush its only competition in the small truck segment, however, with 155,051 deliveries to the Hyundai Santa Cruz’s 25,499.
Note: Tesla does not release sales figures for the Cybertruck, but outside estimates put deliveries at approximately 20,000.
