“America’s Performance Brand” will be wearing America’s colors in the NHRA this year.
Dodge and Tony Stewart Racing have released the first images of the primary liveries the team’s Top Fuel and Funny Car entries will be wearing during the 2026 NHRA season, which kicks off with the Gatornationals, March 5-8.
Leah Pruett’s Top Fuel Dragster and Matt Hagan’s Funny Car share a similar design. They both have white base with red and blue side stripes and the Dodge name on the sides.
The Top Fuel has Dodge on the top, while the Funny Car features the brand’s triangular Fratzog logo on the hood. Both are also sponsored by Dodge’s Direct Connection performance parts brand.
Pruett sat out the last two seasons to have a child with her husband, Tony Stewart, who filled in for her in the Top Fuel car, winning the regular season championship in 2025. Stewart will return to Top Fuel in 2026, driving for Elite Motorsports. Hagan finished second to Dallas Glenn in the Funny Car class in 2025.
“I’m very excited to get back in the car for the 2026 season,” Pruett said in a news release. “Last year, I wanted to make sure I still had a passion to race after sitting out two years. After giving birth to Dominic and then being a mom for a year, I really wasn’t sure if I had the competitive level or should I sit out another year. So, we had a handful of tests. It was really the first time I was out of a race car since I began Junior Dragsters at age 8. But I’m ready to go.”
