Who Will Win The 2026 Indy 500? Here Are The Odds

Indy 500

This year marks the 110th running of the Indy 500 and several major milestones are on the line in the Greatest Spectacle in Racing.

Pole-sitter and 2025 Winner Alex Palou will looking to become just the seventh driver in history to win back-to-back races.

Josef Newgarden was the last to do that in 2023 and 2024, which puts him in position to become the eleventh driver with three wins, while 2017 and 2020 winner Takuma Sato also has a shot at making that list.

Katherine Legge is attempting to become the first woman and sixth person to complete the Indy 500/Coca-Cola 600 double, and the Brit would also be the first foreign driver and, at 45, the oldest to complete the feat.

Helio Castroneves who has the chance to achieve the most historic result, however, as the 51-year-old is racing to become the first five-time winner of the race.

But who is most likely to get their face on the Borg-Warner Trophy this year?

According to Caesars Sportsbook, the Indy 500’s official partner, Palou is the odds-on favorite at +300 and followed by the Team Penske teammates David Malukas and Newgarden at +700.

Two-time runner-up Pato O’Ward is +750 to finally get his first win, hometown hero Connor Daly is next at +800 and Alexander Rossi is +1000 to win his second, after winning as a rookie a decade ago in 2016.

Sato is 11th on the list at +2400, Castroneves 13th at +3000 and Legge a longshot in 32nd at +75000.
