Shelby American’s new truck-focused Shelby Performance division has unveiled its new lineup of F-150 Raptor-based performance pickups.
The 2026 Shelby Ford F-150 Baja Raptor and Shelby F-150 Baja Raptor R feature updated suspensions, styling and powertrains that boost them far beyond the factory versions.
The standard Raptor’s turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 gets a new intake system, intercooler, heat shield and Borla exhaust that increase its power from 450 hp to 555 hp.
The Raptor R’s supercharged 5.2-liter V8 gets an even more extensive overhaul with a 3.8-liter Whipple supercharger and matched air intake, billet throttle body, dual-core dual-pass intercooler system and a Borla exhaust that cranks its output from 720 hp to more than 1,000 hp.
Both get lift kits with new springs to accommodate 37-inch tires BFG KM3 Mud Terrain tires mounted to unique 18-inch wheels; Shelby hoods with custom intakes, power running boards with rock guards and lights; steel bumpers with recovery points and LEDs auxiliary lighting for the front and rear; a chase bar; two spare tire mounts for the bed; plus Shelby graphics. Interior overhauls include carbon fiber trim, billet pedals, Shelby upholstery and badges.
“Carroll Shelby was a big fan of high-performance off-roading, so he was involved in concepting our first Shelby edition Ford Raptor before he passed,” Shelby American president Gary Patterson said. “His directive was to build the ultimate offroad runner that could still be fun to drive on the street. We’ve never strayed from his philosophy and with almost double the horsepower of that first model, he would have been pleased this truck.”
The trucks are built at Shelby Performance’s new headquarters in Bristol, Ind., and list at $146,795 for the Raptor and $194,795 for the Raptor R, compared to around $82,000 and $114,000 for the production pickups they are based on. Shelby’s work comes with a three-year/36,000-mile warranty.
