The Ford Racing parts catalog is now selling an FP800S upgrade kit for the Mustang GT that it previewed at last year’s SEMA Show.
The package is compatible with all 2024 to 2026 Mustang GTs and includes a 3.0-liter Whipple supercharger that boosts the 5.0-liter V8 to 800 hp and 810 hp if the car is equipped with the Active Valve Performance Exhaust.
It also comes with an Air Oil Separator, calibration software, a Ford Performance half shaft upgrade rated for 1,500 hp, retuned suspension components and unique wheels staggered 19″ x 10.5″ up front and 19″ x 11″ inch in the rear. A custom grille, badges and lug nuts are also included.
Ford is offering it in Bronze and Black versions for Mustangs with either passive or MagneRide active suspensions. Intriguingly, the installation manual includes a photo of a Battleship Gray package car, but that has not yet been listed for sale.
The price for all of the kits is $18,500 and the Mustang GT starts at $48,795, so you could put together an FP800S for $67,295 if you do the work yourself.

That’s significantly less than the upcoming factory $103,490 Mustang Dark Horse SC, which has a 795 hp supercharged 5.2-liter V8, but also an eight-speed dual clutch automatic transmission, a new aero package, a Variable Traction Control system and additional updates compared to the Mustang GT.
The FP800S is on sale now and comes with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty on the work if it is installed by a Ford-certified technician.
