The 2027 F-150 is getting updated grilles, new wheel designs, a new engine and a few changes to the model mix.
Ford has replaced the F-150’s turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 with a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 that has the same 325 hp/400 lb-ft rating, but provides a torque curve that Ford says “delivers an effortless and premium driving experience by reaching peak pulling power and providing roughly 10-11% more torque where daily driving occurs.” It has also expanded the 400 hp 5.0 V8’s availability across the non-Raptor lineup to include King Ranch and Platinum.
The Raptor sticks with a 450 hp turbocharged 3.5-liter V6, but gets a new entry-level grade that drops the head-up display, fog lamps, Pro Power Onboard generator, Mobile Office center console desk, power passenger seat and under-seat storage bin. It also features manual steering column adjustment and an eight-speaker B&O audio system, instead of a 14-speaker setup. Pricing hasn’t been announced, but Ford said it will be around $4,000 less than the 2026 Raptor’s $81,800 base price.
The Tremor is also getting a new budget option that cuts approximately $5,300 from the 2026 model’s $67,710 entry point by working off of the STX trim with an STX steering wheel, single-zone manual climate control and the removal of heated seats, running boards and power rear cabin window.

Beyond that, Ford is introducing an all-new Carhartt package for the 4×4 XLT Crew Cab that is similar to the one it previously announced for the 2027 F-Series Super Duty. It includes unique 20-inch wheels, Carhartt badges, off-road running boards, dual exhausts, a Carhartt logo-embossed spray-in bedliner and Carhartt clothing-inspired upholstery and interior trim. It will start at $62,660 plus the destination fee, which is $2.795 for 2026 F-150s.

Ford’s Blue Cruise hands-free highway driving system is also now capable of operating while towing a trailer, which matches a capability that has been offered by GM’s Super Cruise.
Full pricing for the 2027 F-150 lineup will be announced soon, with deliveries to follow in early 2027.
