The Curated by Cadillac bespoke car customization service that launched last year for the CT5 sedan is now expanding to the electric Escalade IQ.
The program allows customers to choose from more than 160 paint colors and 44 interior trim colors to create truly unique vehicles.
The work is done by hand at GM’s Artisan Center in Warren, Mich., where the flagship $400,000 Celestiq is also built.
Cadillac is offering the option on the top-of-the-line $151,100 Escalade IQ Premium Sport trim for $54,995, which brings the grand total to $206,095. It is also available on the stretched Escalade IQL for an extra $3,000. Cadillac said availability is limited, but didn’t put a fixed number on how many orders it will accept.

“Curated by Cadillac Escalade IQ gives clients the chance to create a vehicle that reflects their individual taste by working alongside expert Cadillac designers,” Kristian Aquilina, vice president, Global Cadillac, said in a news release. “We’re extending the hand-built Celestiq experience to deliver true customization capabilities for a select number of Escalade IQ clients.”
Cadillac delivered 3,203 Escalade IQs and IQLs through the first six months of this year. The base price is $130,300 and all of them come with the same 680 hp all-wheel-drive powertrain, which can deliver up to 750 hp in short bursts using its Velocity Max Mode. An adjustable air suspension and four-wheel steering are standard across the range.

The Escalade IQ and Escalade IQL are technically heavy duty trucks and don’t have formal EPA efficiency ratings, but Cadillac advertises the pair of them with respective driving ranges of 465 miles and 460 miles between charges.
