Chase Elliott won the inaugural Cook Out Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium in 2025 by leading 171 of 200 laps and his dominance is expected to continue this year.
Fanduel has the Hendrick Motorsports driver as the favorite to win with +600 odds a day before the weather-delayed Wednesday night event.
Elliott is closely followed by Ryan Blaney at +650 and Denny Hamlin at +700, however, and the quarter-mile track at The Madhouse is known for its chaotic racing, even if Elliott had an easy time of it last year.
Elliott’s teammates, Kyle Larson and William Byron are next on the list at +750 and +900, while Christopher Bell, Joey Logano and Chase Briscoe are all even at +1000.
The Chase was originally scheduled for Sunday night, but was postponed first to Monday after Winston-Salem was slammed with about a foot of snow, then moved to Wednesday to give the city time to clear out and ensure the safety of fans wanting to attend.
The session for practice and 25-lap qualifying heat races is now scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m ET and will be broadcast on the Fox Sports app. The 75-lap Last Chance Qualifier is set for 4:30 p.m. with the Clash main event following at 6 p.m. ET, both on the Fox broadcast network.
