It was built to work hard and it play hard.
American Expedition Vehicles has unveiled the new Ford F-Series Super Duty-based AEV FX370 package, which is a slightly toned-down version of the AEV FXL it launched earlier this year.
Both are compatible with F-250 or F-350 trucks in any 4×4 trim or configuration, but the FX370 loses the FXL’s fender flares and swaps its 40-inch BFG KO3 tires and AEV Katami DualSport beadlock wheels for a set of 37-inch BFG KO3s and AEV Salta XD wheels.
It keeps the four-inch suspension lift and AEV-tuned Bilstein 5100 dampers, however, along with AEV-designed steel bumpers that include a winch-capable setup in the front. It also gets a speedometer calibration, FX370 graphics and badges and a serialized build plaque.
AEV said it was developed as an all-around truck suitable for towing and commercial uses as well as recreational off-roading.

“This is not simply a lift and larger tire package. Every major component is selected and integrated around defined vehicle-level objectives, including proper fitment, predictable handling, functional protection, and practical day-to-day usability,” AEV said.

The price is $19,995 on top of the donor truck purchase. That’s $5,000 less than the FXL package and includes a three-year/36,000-mile warranty on the parts. The order books are open now and production is slated to begin in October.
