The Ford Custom Garage has a new way to make the Bronco more badass.
The parts portal has introduced a Bronco ORV package for the 2025-2026 four-door Bronco’s Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks trims that’s packed with equipment to improve its off-road capability and style. It was previewed by a concept that debuted at the 2025 SEMA Show.
The kit includes an off-road suspension setup with Fox shocks; the Bronco Raptor’s skid plate; a fuel tank plate; a modular steel front bumper with red tow hooks and parking sensors; Havoc-brand fender flares; an auxiliary switch kit; a ProCal calibration tool; rocker panel armor; plenty of special badges and decals, including a “stealth” black hood graphic; and 17” x 8.5” black Weld wheels with black lug nuts, but not tires.
The package is not designed for Broncos that already have the Sasquatch package, and it also isn’t compatible with certain other options, so existing owners are advised to reach out to their dealer to check if it will work with their truck.

The price is $18,995 before installation, but Ford includes a three-year/36,000-mile warranty on the parts and it doesn’t void the new vehicle warranty if the kit is installed by a dealer or ASE-Certified technician, as is the case with all of the Ford Custom Garage packages offered for the Bronco, Bronco Sport, F-Series and Mustang.

Ford also recently revealed the details for the updated 2027 Bronco lineup, which includes the introduction of a new turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 that replaces the old 2.7-liter V6. The engine is rated at 380 hp and 440 lb-ft and is based on the 414 hp version that’s been featured in the Bronco Raptor.

The 3.0-liter will be optional for the Outer Banks, Badlands and Heritage and standard on the new Filson trim, while the 300 hp/325 lb-ft turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder remains the base engine and the only one that can be paired with a seven-speed manual transmission.
